At Engel Coolers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
